PERSONAL TRAINING
Workout sessions offer personalized instructions based on players goals and needs. We begin with “Player Assessment” which measures a players abilities compared to current standards. Then we customize a program to help players excel! Our program includes critical skill development as well as an understanding of what coaches are seeking in players.
TEAM COACHING AND MANAGEMENT
Parent coaching has its “Pros & Cons”. Insure that your players receive non-biased, experienced coaching and team leadership. VIRTUAL ONLINE TRAINING
Our coaches have a variety of sports related exercises and games guaranteed to get kids moving and exerting energy. Through play we are able to expose kids to overhand /underhand throwing, footwork, jogging, lateral and forward explosion, shooting and dribbling techniques, balance and much more. Teamwork teaches collaboration, respect, responsibility, communication, and leadership.
